Kazakhstan, Germany to accept program of cooperation in agriculture
Astana. April 16. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan and Germany plan to accept the program of cooperation in the field of agriculture. The Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Akylbek Kurishbayev and the Parliamentary State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection of Germany Gerd Muller informed at the meeting on Tuesday, the press service of Agriculture Ministry informed. "The arrangement to prepare and sign the program of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Germany in the field of agriculture has been reached. The similar program of cooperation was signed only between Germany and Russia," the press release informs. "The chairmen of agrarian departments signed the joint statement on cooperation between the Ministries of Agriculture of two countries," the document states. The parties expressed readiness for joined work on updating of the park of combines, development of bio-power engineering, seed-growing and animal husbandry. G. Muller offered to discuss mutually advantageous cooperation between two countries at the intergovernmental level and confirmed readiness to assist Kazakhstan during WTO introduction," the press service informed.
