The chairman of the board of the Fund of steady development Kazyna Armand Dunayev stated today in the Majilis of the Parliament at the session of the round table - Effective utilization of resources of domestic financial institutions - basis for increase of competitiveness of the country, the agency reports. "I think Kazakhstan will enter a new historical phase by 2012 - 2013. It will be supported by fast rates of economic growth with a more balanced economic structure of its industries," A. Dunayev stated. The state should "create conditions for the institutional base - development of human capital." A.
