"Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed did a good job on the post of akim," N. Nazarbayev said. М. Kul-Mukhammed will become the Minister of Culture and Information and Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, a source in the president's administration informed the agency. M. Kul-Mukhammed in different years held the post of Parliament deputy, the Minister of Culture and Information and Public Concord, adviser and press secretary of the president, and deputy chairman of president's administration. Bolatbek Kuandykov has been appointed new akim of Kyzylorda oblast, who earlier worked in the National Bank, deputy akim of Kyzylorda oblast, Director of Department of Planning of branch bodies of the Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning, Vice Minister of Emergency and state inspection of Department of State Control and Personnel Department of president's administration.
