Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan and Tajikistan agreed on creation of joint investment fund with the authorized capital of $100 million. The arrangement was reached during the negotiations of the leaders of two states - Nursultan Nazarbayev and Emomali Rahmon in Astana on Monday, the agency reports. "We agreed on the forthcoming start of the Kazakhstan -Tajik investment fund, the resources of which will be directed at investment of projects on the territory of Tajikistan," the President of Kazakhstan said at the press conference, following the results of the negotiations. The main priorities of the fund will be the projects in electric power industry, agriculture, mining industry and other branches.
