Astana. August 8. Kazakhstan Today - The first session of Advisory Council on modernization of economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the presidency of the Minister of Economics and Budgetary Planning, Bahyt Sultanov, took place on Thursday, the press service of the department informed the agency. During the session Vice Minister of Economy and Budgetary Planning, Marat Kusainov, and the representatives of four companies-applicants of the projects made reports on 17 infrastructural projects. Total cost of 17 infrastructural projects has made $17.9 billion and 4 industrial projects - $7.1 billion. The projects are directed at development of auto and railways, chemical, tyre manufacturing industry and mechanical engineering. Following the results of the work of the session, the decision on approval of the projects of JSC Company Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries, ORDABASY NOKIAN TYRES and Company Lokomotiv Leasing for further realization and the necessity of completion of the project of JSC Company KUN Renewables has been accepted.
