Astana. November 4. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan chemical companies are able to strengthen their positions in the world market. The Minister of Idustry and Commerce, Vladimir Shkolnik, informed today during the government session, the agency reports. "The Republic has formed modern chemical industry based on complex processing of mineral raw materials with the organization of consecutive technologically interconnected manufactures directed at provision of the demands of the home market and increase of export potential." One of the perspective directions of development of the chemical industry - increase of volumes of manufacture and expansion of assortment of mineral fertilizers, organization of manufacture of pesticides, creation of capacities of manufacture of sulfuric acid, ammonia, improvement of technologies of processing of mineral fertilizers, chemicals and reagents by their replacement to innovative, and creation of new chemical manufactures." The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, approved the main directions of development of the chemical industry of Kazakhstan.
