Kazakhstan government suggests optimizing state program of development of housing construction for 2008 - 2010

Astana. November 18. Kazakhstan Today - The government of Kazakhstan suggests optimizing the state program of development of housing construction for 2008 - 2010. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed at the government session, the agency reports. "We will transform those apartments under the program 2005 - 2007 into the program of 2008 - 2010," K. Masimov said. "The program enables akimats due to the funds of the state program to buy available housing instead of construction, which was not earlier, at the price of not higher stipulated by the state program." "We also suggest transforming the system of sale of apartments, which will be realized under this program at the price stipulated in the program," K. Masimov emphasized. "Apartments will be sold to those people they are intended for. The remaining apartments will be sold to all other interested people at a free market price of hypothecary crediting," the Prime Minister explained.
