Kazakhstan state chemical company to be opened up to the end of year

Astana. December 10. Kazakhstan Today - The state chemical company will be opened up to the end of 2008 in Kazakhstan. The chairman of the Fund of National Welfare Samruk-Kazyna, Kayrat Kelimbetov, informed during the government session on Tuesday, the agency reports. "Creation of the chemical company will be completed up to the end of this year," K. Kelimbetov said. "According to the assignments of the head of the state, creation of the incorporated chemical company and the mining company, which will unite the state assets, was approved at the session of the board of directors of the fund Samruk-Kazyna on November, 28th, 2008. The company will be involved in realization of the investment projects in these branches," he continued. The chairman of the fund emphasized that, according to the plans of Samruk-Kazyna, the state mining company will have the status of the national company, therefore, its creation requires the government's approval.
