Economy Ministry calculated variants of country's economic development

Astana. December 15. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan has calculated variants of the economic development of the country taking into account of decrease of oil price up to $25 in 2009 and up to $40 in 2010 and 2011, the agency reports with reference to the Economy Ministry press service. "The 33rd session of the republican budgetary commission under presidency of Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Umirzak Shukeev, took place on December, 13th, 2008. The project of the governmental decree directed at realization of the Law on Republican Budget for 2009 - 2011, approved on December, 4th, 2008, was considered at the session," the press service informs. As informed during the session, in connection with probability of long character of world economic instability, the Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning has calculated the variants of development of the national economy taking into account decrease of oil prices for 2009 up to $25 and up to $40 in 2010 and 2011. "The Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning along with the Ministry of Finance and the managers of budgetary programs were assigned to analyze the expenditures of 2009 to form the list of budgetary programs, which can be optimized in case of realization of the pessimistic script. The list will not include the expenditures directed at realization of social obligations of the state," the press service informs. According to the Economy Ministry, the managers of budgetary programs have been assigned to develop and introduce till January, 15th, 2009 in the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan the project of the order of use of target transfers and subsidizing of the rate of credits compensation (interest), development of which has been stipulated by the Law on Republican Budget for 2009 - 2011.
