Kazakh investors to build a large shopping mall in Moscow
MOSCOW. March 19. KAZINFORM /Arnur Rakhymbekov/ - As earlier reported, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev is paying a two-day working visit to Moscow. On Sunday Mr. Nazarbayev, accompanied by the Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov, paid a visit to Ritz-Carlton Hotel, which was built by the Kazakh investors. The guests got acquainted with the internal lodgments of the hotel. Ritz-Carlton comprises 334 rooms, fitness, spa center, shops, restaurants, business centers, banquet hall, conference hall and underground parking. Building superstructure consists of eleven floors. ”I think nowadays we can state with assurance that the volume of the Kazakh investments into the Russian capital has become a considerably noticeable, taking into account the fact that the annual foreign investments makes USD 25 bln. The Kazakh investors arrive in Moscow to implement significant projects. The volume of the investments of Kazakhstan into Moscow exceeded USD 2 bln. First of all, it is the infrastructure investment into industry and creation of the new trade complexes.
