KAZINFORM /Dauren Zhailin/ Today in Almaty Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Bank JSC Zhomart Yertayev has announced splitting of the Eurasian Financial and Industrial Corporation into Eurasian Financial Corporation and Eurasian Industrial Corporation. According to Z.Yertayev the Justice Ministry is already processing several documents. This will create a large financial holding consisting of four companies – Eurasian Bank, Eurasia insurance company, managing company and retirement fund, he added.
