Around 258, 000 jobs created within Road Map Program - Minister of Labor
ASTANA. September 14. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ 258, 000 jobs have been created within the Road Map Program as of September 11, 2009, Minister of Labor and Social Protection Gulshara Abdykalikova has said at the Government's sitting today. According to her, this could be possible due to the efficient utilization of the funds saved following state purchases and additional support of the regions to the amount of KZT 5 bln. 2, 816 projects have been accomplished to date that is 55% of the underway projects. The average wage of the employees involved in repair work comprises KZT 29, 300. The highest wage rate was recorded in Almaty - KZT 39, 900, in Astana - KZT 35, 700 and in Karaganda oblast - KZT 36, 900. 18 hospitals and polyclinics, 27 out-patient family clinics, 16 medical stations, seven medical centers, 6 clinics and 53 other facilities of healthcare have been repaired around the country. Besides, 67 facilities of culture, theatres, clubs have been reconstructed. 66, 400 people have been sent for training courses within the Road Map Program as of Sep 11, 2009, the Minister reported.
