"We suggest holding a prequalification of foreign specialists coming to work in our country. Together with the Ministries of Education and Science, Labor and Social Protection we work over the issue. In this context we plan to sign the agreement regarding previously untouched issues, particularly on personnel planning, quality and others. The problem of technical standards and standards of specialist training for oil and gas industry has not been tackled over 15 years. We are going to consider it as well", he noted. The representatives of oil and gas companies, state bodies, NGOs and others take part in the roundtable.
