AKTAU. November 2. KAZINFORM. /Anargul Tulegenova/ Construction of a metalworks has started in Mangystau region. The project's cost is USD 100 million. It is realized in accordance with the Kazakh President's task to speed up development of the North-Caspian project and coastal infrastructure. USD 15 million was invested into the project. The enterprise is planned to be launched at the end of 2010. The factory's capacity will be 12 thousand tons of metal works. 3,000 new jobs will be created in the region due to its implementation.
