ASTANA. December 4. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has urged the Government together with foreign investors to develop support mechanisms of small and medium reprocessing enterprises. "I charge the Government together with foreign investors to work out support mechanisms of small and medium reprocessing enterprises, assign them with corresponding agreements and control over their implementation", the President said.
