Specialized ministers and heads of national holdings will head the largest facilities. Deputy Governors of the corresponding regions will be deputy heads of staffs. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources will take control over 14 large facilities, the Ministry of Transport and Communications - 3, the Ministry of Agriculture - 9, the Ministry of Emergencies - 1, SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund - 7, KazAgro Holding -2. The State Commission on the Economy Modernization and telephone sessions will control them at the national level.
