Kazakhstan, Greece, Bulgaria to hold negotiations on participation in Burgas - Aleksandrupolis oil pipeline construction

Astana. May 15. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan plans to start in the near future negotiations with Greece and Bulgaria on participation in construction of oil pipeline Burgas - Aleksandrupolis. The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan Bakhtykozha Izmukhambetov informed today at the governmental session in the Majilis of the Parliament, the agency reports. "Russia proposed Kazakhstan to participate in the civil-engineering construction of oil pipeline Burgas - Aleksandrupolis, carrying capacity of which is 25 - 30 up to 50 million tons," the Minister said. "For today Russia agreed to sign the documents within 2007 with Greece and Bulgaria," B. Izmukhambetov noted.
