Kazakhstan Labor Code adopted
Almaty. May 15. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the Labor Code of the Republic, the president's press service informed. The document strengthened "the new model of legal regulation of labor relations meeting modern requirements of economic development of the country and international standards in labor sphere," the message of the press service states. The President signed the law on introduction of the Labor Code of the Republic Kazakhstan and the law on amendments and additions in some acts of the Republic Kazakhstan concerning labor regulation directed at bringing the laws in force in conformity with the accepted Labor Code. The texts of the Labor Code and the laws are published in press.
