KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ As earlier reported, member of both Houses of the Kazakh Parliament are discussing the Government’s Program for 2007-2009 today, Kazinform reports.Answering the question of Senator Kubaichuk regarding legal status of the Kazakhstani citizens residing on the territory of Baikonur space center, Prime Minister of the country Karim Massimov said Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation had not adjusted the mutual contractual basis so far. “We will conciliate all the differences during the official visit of the head of the Russian Government to Kazakhstan in the nearest future”, he stressed.
