Kazakhstan Today - The recommendations of the World Bank (WB) on stimulation of the spheres of education and public health services should be considered in new Tax Code of Kazakhstan. The Prime Minister Karim Masimov said today during the forum of tax bodies' officials, the agency reports. "Steady competitiveness of the state cannot be achieved without human capital development, first of all, education systems and public health services," K. Masimov said. "Therefore, it is necessary to try the best world experience on tax stimulation and development of the given spheres and to consider it in development of the new Tax Code," he added.
