Concerning the question of transportation of the Kazakhstan oil through the pipeline Baku - Tbilisi - Ceyhan, S. Making comments on neutral position of Kazakhstan at the recent voting in the UN General Assembly on the draft resolution proposed by Azerbaijan regarding Nagorny Karabah, the diplomat noted that it should not damage the relationships with Azerbaijan.
