Kazakhstan Today - The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan since April, 1, 2008 has kept the official refinance rate at the level of 11 % annual, the agency reports referring to the National bank press service. "According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on National Bank of Kazakhstan, the board of the National Bank of Kazakhstan decided to establish since April 1, 2008 the official refinance rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the level of 11 % annual, having kept it at the earlier level," the message informs. As it was informed earlier, last time the official refinance rate increased on December 1, 2007.
