Nazarbayev considers measures undertaken for preparation of qualified personnel of medium level insufficient
Rudny. August 22. Kazakhstan Today - The President of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, considers the measures undertaken for preparation of qualified personnel insufficient. He said it today at the International labor forum in Rudny, Kostanay oblast, the agency reports. "The measures undertaken earlier are insufficient and not capable to satisfy fast-growing demand for qualified personnel," N. Nazarbayev said. High rates of economic growth became the catalyst of significant changes in the structure of labor market and natural increase in demand for the qualified labor. "Nowadays, shortage of qualified experts of medium level negatively affects rates of growth of manufacture and competitiveness of the economy of Kazakhstan," the leader of the state said.
