Astana. January 13. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the Law on ratification of the Agreement between the governments of the SCO member states on cooperation and mutual aid in customs affairs, the agency reports citing the official mass media. As informed earlier, the objective of the agreement is activization of cooperation of customs services of the SCO member states, development of passenger and cargo communication, creation of favorable conditions for commerce and investments, for gradual realization of free transportation of the goods, capital, services and technologies. The states accept all the necessary measures on simplification of customs registration and recognize customs means of identification and the forms of the customs documents.
