KAZINFORM /Dimash Syzdykov/ Kazakh Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev offered foreign businessmen joint establishment of a big petrochemical complex today drawing results of the 22 session of the Foreign Investments Council. "We want our oil and gas to be reprocessed on favorable for us and you conditions. In this regard I propose to establish big petrochemical complex in Kazakhstan with your participation", the President said. According to the Head of the State, it is necessary to develop this sector of the Kazakh industry first. Representatives of small and medium business could address this issue together with foreign investors.
