Astana. April 17. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Finance has developed the program to decrease interest rates for mortgage credits. The Finance Minister Natalia Korzhova informed today at the government session, the agency reports. "The Ministry of Finance prepared the section on improvement of the system of mortgage crediting and housing building savings in the project of the state program of development of housing construction intended for financing of housing purchasing of priority categories of the population," she informed.
