July 31. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan expects to solve the problem of transit of yellow phosphorus through Belarus within a week. The Minister of Transport Serik Akhmetov informed on Monday during selector government meeting, the agency reports. "We are negotiating along with the railway companies with Belarus to define transit through the territory of Belarus," S. Akhmetov said. He informed "he held negotiations with the Minister of Transport of the Ukraine and sent the Minister of Transport of Belarus the letter. Thus, S. Akhmetov noted, "transit of yellow phosphorus through the territory of the Ukraine had been suspended till the end of the work of the state commission on emergencies."
